Last updated: 18 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noor Companion website and app (“Service”), operated by Noor Companion. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
Noor Companion is an Islamic AI companion that answers questions about Islam, provides Qur’an and hadith references, and offers learning tools. Outputs are generated by AI and should be verified with qualified scholars, especially for rulings.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, access other users’ accounts, or scrape data.
- Upload or generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or infringing.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Intellectual property
Noor Companion owns all rights in the Service, its branding, and its software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service according to your plan.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment, fraud, or repeated policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 6 months, excluding liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
